Obesity Control through Holistic methods, a one week duration camp Inaugurated in Patanjali Yoggram

A one-week Yoga and Naturopathy Intervention Programme for obesity management was inaugurated at Patanjali YogGram.

The programme is sponsored by the Central Council for Research in Yoga & Naturopathy, under the Ministry of AYUSH, this will culminate on 27th of this month. Chief Guest Swami Aryadev emphasized the importance of yoga, natural diet, and disciplined lifestyle in tackling obesity and lifestyle diseases. The camp, supervised by Dr. Nayan Biswas and Dr. Nagaraj Hosamani, includes therapeutic yoga, naturopathy treatments, diet management, and lifestyle counselling.

A total of 32 participants have enrolled, while 47 students from the University of Patanjali are assisting in the programme for clinical training. The initiative aims at safe weight reduction and improved overall health through natural therapies.
