A Spiritually-Powered Environment

Yajna

Students and staff participate in the daily Yajna, which has a positive and therapeutic effect on the body and mind.

Yoga

Yoga is practiced daily, comprising physical postures (Asanas), breathing exercises (Pranayam) & meditation (Dhyan).

Meditation

Campus residents engage in daily meditation, enabling mental well-being, physical relaxation and spiritual growth.

The Arts & Cultural Scene

Bharatnatyam

Students learn different rhythmic patterns at a variety of speeds, the language of dance using the hands and fingers, and basic choreography.

Music Composition

Experienced faculty teach students how to create new music, weaving together melodies, harmonies & rhythms for a complete piece.

Yoga Dance

Students learn and perform Yoga dance, which blends the mindfulness and focus of Yoga postures with the freedom and joy of dance.

Community Service Activities

National Cadet Corps (NCC)

Under the command of 31 Uttarakhand Battalion, the 1st Company NCC at the university has 79 enrolled cadets, out of which 51 are girls.
