Workshop on Ozone Therapy Organized at University of Patanjali

The Faculty of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (FNYS), University of Patanjali, Haridwar, in association with the National Institute of Naturopathy (NIN), Pune, successfully organized a Workshop on Ozone Therapy. The workshop was conducted at the Conference Hall, Patanjali Phase II.

The workshop aimed to enhance awareness and knowledge among students, interns, and faculty members regarding the therapeutic applications of ozone therapy in naturopathy and integrative healthcare. The program witnessed enthusiastic participation from doctors, faculty members, interns, and students of the Faculty of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences.

The technical sessions were conducted by the distinguished resource persons Dr. Pranav Khawale, Medical Officer, and Dr. Marshlein Antony, Medical Officer, National Institute of Naturopathy (NIN), Pune. They elaborated on the scientific principles, therapeutic benefits, clinical indications, and safety aspects of ozone therapy, highlighting its emerging role in the management of various health conditions. The workshop also included practical demonstrations and interactive discussions, providing participants with hands-on understanding of the equipment, procedures, and clinical protocols involved in ozone therapy.

The workshop was graced by the esteemed presence of several dignitaries including Swami Bajrangdev, Seva Pramukh – Patanjali Wellness, Sadhvi Dev Bhoomi, Dr. Mayank Agrawal- ProVice Chancellor, Dr. Deepesh Kumar Saxena- Registrar, Dr. A.K. Singh- Dean Faculty of Sciences & Controller of Examinations, Dr. Ravi Pandit- CEO, Patanjali Wellness, Dr. Toran Singh- Dean, Faculty of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences, Dr. Anil Verma- Director, FNYS, and Dr. Kanak Soni, Associate Professor and Head of the Department, FNYS.

During the program, the resource persons were felicitated by Swami Bajrangdev in recognition of their valuable contribution to the academic and clinical advancement of ozone therapy. The program was gracefully hosted by Dr. Sangeeta Singh, Associate Professor, and the event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Kanak Soni, Associate Professor and Head of the Department, FNYS, who expressed gratitude to all dignitaries, resource persons, faculty members, and participants for making the workshop a successful academic event.
