Student Awareness Session Report

In accordance with D.O. No. 39-11/2025 (CSIS-Part I, II) received from the Government of India, Ministry of Education, Department of Higher Education, a student awareness session on the Prime Minister Vidya Lakshmi Yojana (PMVLY) was conducted on 24 February 2026.

The session was delivered through a comprehensive slide presentation aimed at familiarizing undergraduate and postgraduate students with the scheme’s objectives, benefits, and loan procedures.

Objectives of the Session

  • Facilitate access to higher education for eligible students
  • Simplify the education loan application process through digital platforms
  • Remove financial barriers to higher education
  • Promote equal and inclusive educational opportunities
